Tadalafil

Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor primarily indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), in research subjects. 

It functions by blocking the activity of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) enzymes, an enzyme that blocks blood vessels. This enzyme does that by breaking down cGMP, a molecule that causes smooth muscles to relax.
